 SHIPPING AND REPAIRS 

Our online store remains operational, and we're actively processing and dispatching orders while prioritizing the health and safety of our team and community. Currently, we're crafting jewelry and handling order packaging and shipping from our back office in NCR. While we're working diligently to fulfill orders, please anticipate a slightly extended shipping time beyond our usual 2-3 business days. Your patience and support during this transition to remote work are greatly appreciated.

I've placed an online order and need an update. Whom should I contact?

For updates, please reach out to orders@odnrylifestyle.com. Our team hand-packs orders from the studio, Monday to Saturday, between 11 AM and 7 PM. This is the optimal time to get in touch with us for a prompt response. Please note that we typically take 24 to 48 hours to respond, so your patience is valued.

Domestic Orders:

All domestic orders are dispatched via Blue Dart on the same day or the following day, complete with delivery confirmation tracking and insurance.

International Orders:

Absolutely, we ship worldwide! While we strive for timely international shipments (DHL estimates delivery within 6 to 10 business days), please be aware that customs processing times can vary significantly. Customs might hold packages for up to eight weeks. For prolonged delivery delays, kindly contact your local customs office directly, as we are unable to liaise with customs on your behalf.

Duties and Taxes:

Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees incurred.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for packages lost during transit. We are also unable to refund or replace stolen packages or items marked as delivered but not retrieved. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure. We cannot be held responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Items deemed undeliverable due to address issues will be resent upon return to ODNRY, incurring a reshipment fee.


EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS

 

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Our store policy stipulates NO refunds or returns. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for items you find unsatisfactory within 24 hours of receiving them, provided the original piece is in its initial condition and accompanied by a receipt. Purchases made on sale days are final and cannot be exchanged. For hygiene reasons, piercings like earrings and nose pins cannot be exchanged.

In the case of an exchange (including sizing issues), the customer bears all shipping costs for returning the item. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

My jewelry is broken or damaged—can I get a replacement?

We will replace a damaged or broken piece within 48 hours from the date of receipt if the damage is due to a manufacturing issue on our part.

What if my jewelry breaks?

​

Our jewelry is delicate and requires gentle handling. Just like glass, delicate jewelry can break if not treated with care. For instance, altering the design, such as adding a thicker chain to our starburst necklace, might compromise its aesthetic appeal. We meticulously plan and consider the design before crafting a piece to maintain its delicate appearance.

However, ODNRY is happy to assist with repairs. Repair costs start at Rs.500/- and vary based on the extent of damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so we can assess the situation. Additionally, have your original purchase receipt ready. Note that discontinued designs cannot be repaired, especially if they were purchased from us six months ago or more.

Custom Orders:

All custom orders, including customized ring sizes, are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable. To initiate a custom order, please complete our contact form with as much detail as possible. Our Customer Service Team will respond with a quote or further inquiries within 2-3 business days.
